The two beautiful displays at the South Side Tower will be open on Sunday 2/8/09 from 1pm-3pm. Of course they are available through listing agents Steven L. Patterson & Leigh Maibes of Circa Properties. If you are working with an agent, the displays are on supra.

South Side Journal Writes About Tower's 80th Anniversary

Last month reporter Jim Merkel met listing agent Steve Patterson at the South Side Tower to discuss the 80th anniversary of the building. Merkel also met a couple that lives and works in the building.

Those who bought condos in South Side Tower include Sue and Daniel Reiter. Daniel Reiter is a chiropractor with a practice in the building.

"We had a strong sense of the neighborhood coming back," said Daniel Reiter, who grew up in St. Louis, moved to Bonne Terre to practice, and returned here in 2007.

There's lots to do in the neighborhood and plenty of stores, Reiter said.

"We've taken our granddaughter down to City Diner for breakfast," he said.

The two furnished displays at the South Side Tower will be open this Saturday (9/6/08) from 1pm-3pm.  One display is an East facing unit while the other is on the West side.  All five remaining units feature two bedrooms and one bath.
